Send the make, model and fault through the repair enquiry form -- enough for us to work out whether it's a job we can take on.

Diagnose & quote
Your gear arrives, gets diagnosed, and you get a firm quote -- the diagnostic fee is credited against the repair if you go ahead.

Repair
Once you approve the quote, the repair goes ahead for exactly the parts and labour quoted -- no surprises on the invoice.

Return
Your gear is tested and sent back the way it came -- post or Cairns/FNQ pickup by appointment -- with return postage confirmed on the quote.

What to send, and how
Include a note with your name, contact details and a description of the fault, plus the power supply and any leads needed to reproduce it. No cases or stands needed.
Post your gear in, or drop it off in Cairns/FNQ by appointment. Postage is on you both ways — return postage is confirmed with your quote.
